Originally from the Sacramento area, my Pilates journey began years ago before an exciting opportunity brought me to the Bay Area over a decade ago. Although I had taken a few classes here and there, it wasn’t until I discovered Power4 post-pandemic that I truly fell in love with Pilates all over again. Power4 quickly became my happy place—a daily escape and reset from my demanding day job and busy life. The pandemic had left me craving movement and the group workout energy that only a Reformer class can provide.

The way Power4 and Pilates made me feel was transformative, and I knew I wanted to deepen my practice while planning for the next phase of my life. That’s when I decided to enroll in the Teacher Training program. Before I knew it, I was not only enjoying classes but also teaching them, finding joy in being a part of the Power4 community from both perspectives. Power4 is such an encouraging place to learn, whether as a student or a teacher, and I truly cherish the community I’ve found here.

While I still spend the majority of my week practicing law, Power4 continues to be my much-needed respite. When I’m not at the studio or working, I love to travel and am always looking forward to my next adventure.
